Better Fight?

Given that in my opinion Dirrell doesn't have large amounts of heart compared to other boxers at his level, and he and Ward were friends, i see that being an average fight. Froch-Abraham has war written all over it.

 

In general, Froch-Abraham is far more appealing. A good chance for mulitple knockdowns, possibility of KO, good possibility of momentum swings, etc. Obviously, purists would enjoy Dirrell-Ward more.

 

Froch/Abraham by far. Dirrell will fall down on canvas, complain, run, hold and Ward will butt him all night. Ward by illegal headbutt.

 

Agree completely. Me being a purist I love the Toney-Mccallum 1 & 2, Toney-Nunn, Mccallum-Curry, Mccallum-Kalambay 1 & 2, Eubank-Watson 1 & 2, Nunn-Starling, Starling-Honeyghan, Walcott-Charles trilogy etc. kind of fights but can enjoy a brawl aswell. Lets see how Froch-Abraham & Ward-Dirrell play out.

 

If Dirrell/Ward were older I might say Dirrell/Ward, but young guys will box and have a boring fight. Froch and Abraham could be a war which I think Abraham wins.
