Better fighter P4P: Quartey or Morales

Quartey was a bum.

 

Quartey was the more formidable of the two before he became inactive.His style being quite basic doesn't matter here, as both fought in a relatively simple yet efficient manner, trading on a few strong attributes heavily(durability, range, jab etc), even though Morales was more willing to mix things up and try a versatile approach.

Morales achieved more though.Quartey wasted a lot of his talent.
