I prefer Pavlik. I think at middleweight (not 168...) he's that little bit faster than Margarito p4p, and I think his defence is superior. He picks them off nicely with his gloves. Even against Hopkins and Taylor where he took a bit of punishment, nothing like Margarito eats on a regular basis. I think he's got more one punch power also, and he's superior technically. Margarito has better stamina and chin, a better uppercut, but overall I see most areas in favour of Pavlik. That said, both of these fighters have the same weaknesses.
I don't feel I can win against an argument of such substance. So coherent and well reasoned, I feel inferior.
I'm just saying, you said his defense is SUPERIOR, like its great. It was nothing close to superior last fight.
Superior to Margarito, not superior in the grand scheme of things. Neither can be said to have good defence overall.
Okay okay. I'll say his defense is better than AM's, superior may be a little too much but okay, I'll accept superior. But yes, both mens D has flaws.
That depends if you know the meaning of the word "superior" in this context. I don't even use English except on this forum, but I can inform you it can be used as higher in position, and not neccessarily displaying excellence. But..meh.
Yeah, I understand. But it just depends on however the person reading the word takes it, but I agree with you. By the way, for a person who doesnt spean English at all except for on this forum, your English is real good bro.
I think in running terms or other endurance terms sometimes. I think of them both as about 3:42 milers only in terms of endurance. Wow a similar comparison for me.:good
