    Dempsey-Firpo, Garza-Meza or Hagler-Hearns?

Ranking em from most to least exciting, I'd have to say:
    Hagler - Hearns
    Garza - Meza
    Dempsey - Firpo

How would you rank Moorer - Cooper's first round amongst these three?

I've not actually seen the Garza fight but the Moorer - Cooper fight was brilliant.
Up there with the Foreman Lyle fight.

Regarding first rounds throughout boxing history--there's Hagler-Hearns--then there's all the rest!!

I'd say 1st round of the fight between Mancini and Frias was on par with Hagler-Hearns.

There have been some great first round one's but I have to go Hagler-Hearns not just the best first round but the best round ever . I have watched that first round at least a thousand times. Most likely because the build up, the quality of opposition and them being 2 of my 5 favorite fighters of all-time

Gomes vs Hill also very good first round.
    Tszyu vs Hurtado also.

May be the Dempsey fight. I haven't seen the Garza fight, and as marvelous as Hagler Hearns was I've always felt it to be overrated

Dempsey-Firpo. Jack was literally ripping the much bigger 216 pound Luis up off his feet. Wild donnybrook.

Overlooked is the fact that Mancini stepped into this keg-o-dynamite brawl with a full Afro.

I'd definitely suggest going and watching Garza - Meza, it's pretty exciting for a one rounder.

Hagler vs Hearns was light years ahead of Dempsey vs Firpo. Skills differences is just immense

Of those I'd vote for Hagler.
