Both men were known for their left hook, and both had KOd many opponents with that one punch. Their technique was different, but they were both effective. For me, I think Oscars check hook was the best punch between the two men.
Trinidad's left hook was pure. De La Hoya's was more of a hybrid Uppercut. (45 degree) So Tito get's my vote.
it was an interesting and effective punch. Kind of a hybrid hook-uppercut I guess, never thought of it like that. I still consider it hook though, and he did throw more conventional hooks that were also very effective.
Tito was the bigger man with the bigger punch. Oscar's was quick and powerful. Both men could knock you out with that punch alone but as said Oscar's was more of a hybrid uppercut/hook. I'll go with Tito but no fighter at 147 wants to get hit too often by those hooks.
Trinidad's left hook off the pocket was sensational, one of the best i've ever seen. De La Hoya was better when he threw it as part of a combination, but Felix could kill you with it as a single shot inside or outside. Oscar's was something else as well, but if i had a choice to avoid one it would be Trinidad's. Part of that is also because Felix was a bigger puncher.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMTmCUexlG0[/ame] Only recently found out these vids where made by our very own T.S. Great job man :good
Yeah ive been on his site for a while now and I still have no This content is protected clue how to do a poll
Both very good. Dlh's was sneakier as it came from below, harder to see coming. If you got hit with either one you would be on ***** street.
Go to your very first post in the thread. Click on the little arrow next to "Thread Tools". Option # 3 is to put up a poll. :good A couple of things to be aware of: There is a box you can check to make the poll public (so that the usernames of who voted how can be seen by everybody after they vote themselves). You can set a poll to expire after a certain number of days. You can also preview the poll before submitting it. Once you do, it's final. You can't change an existing poll once it's made. All that stuff will be down at the bottom of the page during the poll creation process.
