Too early to say, bare in mind Floyd has not stopped fighting. If they both retired today I would say B-Hop but if Floyd fights and beats Pacquaio and then a young hungry guy like Brook I would say Floyd.

How many boxers in history has zero losses?
Calzaghe; Valero, Ottke etc. yet only Marciano is the popular and greatest of all them.

Legacy is not how many wins u have or amount of money earned. Its who you fight with the best and not cherrypicking.

Unfortunately I am one of those fools that likes that "0" in the loss column.

Totally false. Almost no one denies Floyd's talent, imo his only rival talent-wise is Rigondeux what people criticizes him of is he isn't fighting the best.

How many fights has Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali and other ATGS lost?

Mayweather will always be criticized about his resume, being undefeated is not enough, it's the level of opposition and taking riskier fights.

Mayweather may have fought these ''Champions'' but stylistically are tailor made for Mayweather.

Slower, Flat Footed, Plodders like Maidana 2x, Guerrero and Alvarez (Drained Plodder).

Its pretty simple to me...Floyd may weather will go down as the greater fighter... He adapted in tough fights and he won like Castillo, Jesus Chavez, odlh, and maidana 1....Hopkins had a great run at middleweight but for 5 years fought nobodies for the IBF belt....the quality of opposition sucked

OK lineal titles won Floyd has won 4, Hopkins 2

Lineal title defenses Floyd has 16...Hopkins 9

Champions and titleholders defeated: Floyd 20(9 lineal champs) Hopkins 16(7 lineal champs)

Hopkins has shown guys who were more athletic n busier with skills could beat cagey style even in his prime...Jones,Taylor,calzaghe, Dawson, kov proved this

May weather may arguably the best mid fight adjuster ever

I love both guys but based off opposition, skills, titles won n defenses...its clear may weather has the greater legacy

Legacy is about what you leave behind and how much respect you earned.
Guess who got more respect earned between the two?

    Bhop by lightyears.

I used to think it was important till i actually got more into the history of the sport.

Hell before i had any clue the person who introduced me to the sport kept raving on about Marciano being the greatest heavyweight ever because of his 0.

And while Marciano was obviously great, hes not close to being a contender for heavyweight goat.
