If Hamed really said that he would have been lying because MAB would eventually beat his ass and EM (Marquez, too)was challenging him frequently. And Augie Sanchez could punch, but in his 3 loses,he was stretchered out of the ring 3 times-the second time being against Hamed.Sanchez is a prime example of "never was".

Hatton's legacy is overrated, what did he ever achieved after beating the old Tszyu in his own backyard?

Hatton. Imagine the hype and possibilities had Hatton not come back sometime after beating Kostya?

PEople would say his bullrushing and pressure were so amazing that he could have taken on today's stars no problem.

Had Hamed stayed and was terribly beaten by Morales and Marquez then both would be equal. However since he left the game early a lot of people are going to say he would win a lot of those matches.

    Better boxer? Hamed

Better legacy? I'll give this to Hatton since he actually stayed long enough to challenge the cream of the crop and came back from defeat to try and prove himself again.

The ref helped Hatton, if not for the referee and home venue, Hatton would have lost the fight.

I think Hamed has the better legacy,he may not have been as big a draw in the states as Ricky but he certainly got people in the uk talking about boxing and put on some truly great displays. Both guys lost out when they went in with the very best and both beat some very good fighters so its a close call but i will go with Naz.

    I'd say fairly even actually.

Hamed would have had all the belts at feather though so you have to give him that. He also got a lot more done in 36 fights that Hatton, who was still sitting on the WBU 'WORLD TITLE LMFAO LMFAO' belt at 38 fights are something like that.

Both Rick and hamed lost to 2 P4P guys in their prime.

Otherwise Hamed was so much more talented. Ricky has the win over P4P KT.

I go Ricky (but hamed better fighter)

I would also say Hamed faced far better opposition /challenges than Clazaghe did at Super middle.

Hamed woul dhave made 30+ defences if hed stayed with Warren..ROFL

I also dont think hamed was fully prepared for BArrera

Manny Steward said the prep before BArrera fight was very poor.

he said " the kid just didnt want to fight"
