    Who's the better trainer?

Christ! I thought Jeff was horrible in Sultan's corner. He let the cutman do most of the talking. Wlad was jabbing his man out of the fight, and he said nothing. Even before the last round, he told Sultan to be "careful". :huh His man is 8 or 9 pts back and that's his advice!?!

Roger's no poet but at least he has some fire.

I think it's Roger by a fair margin.

I dont think either are great trainers. They have just been fortunate to be caring for top tier fighters who generally dont lose much..

    Pbf is definetly GREAT.

But lets be honest any of us could train that bloke and he would still take care of all his opponents with ease.

Great fighters make their trainers into great ones.

Too much credit goes to coaches and trainers in sport.

Also as mentioned by many what did Mayweather do that helped Sultan last night??

He said **** all.the bloody cutman was raving on more then Mayweather.

Its all good when your in the corner of a fighter like Floyd mayweather as you will rarely have to say much other then.keep out working this chump, you are whooping this chump. Its time to finish this chump.

This entire post is a joke. You couldn't hang out in the same gym as Floyd, much less train him.

The value of a great coach/trainer cannot be understated. Have you ever actually PLAYED a sport? There are guys you would play your heart out and bleed to win for, and others you could tell to go **** themselves. There is a very clear and marked difference between a good and bad coach. If you think the good/great ones don't deserve credit, you're dead wrong.

Also, Floyd wouldn't even let Roger in his corner - uncle or not - if he didn't feel Roger knew what he was talking about.

Roger generally gives on point directions. Actually everytime Flyod has needed adjustment Roger has been the first to see such.

Give over, my senile grandmother could train Mayweather. She'd probably make more sense too

Neither are great, Mayweather Sr is better than the pair of them
