I actually think Donaire's straight-ahead technical boxer-puncher approach would see Caballero's physical attributes get the better of him. Darchinyan, while inferior in skill to Donaire (and Nonito will win the rematch, IMO...just has Vic's #...), would actually have a better chance of catching Caballero standing straight up with a looping shot with his big power and awkward style.
Any dominant world class fighter is p4p... It's about these guys dominating second class fighters and shining....
You don't really understand what the term "p4p" actually means, do you? It has nothing to do with being in a top ten list, or top twenty, or any kind of ranking whatsoever. You can have a conversation about who the better p4p fighter is between Butterbean and Giovanni Andrade. Neither of them has to be a dominant world class fighter. It's a question of who is "pound for pound" the better fighter...as in, who's better proportionate to their weight?
What are you talking about:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl Read and learn... DOMINANCE against top level fighters makes you elite.... or P4P... Fighters perform and then they exceed....
Dude, get educated. Elite does not mean "p4p". You have literally no clue what the term even means. Have someone who really understands the sport explain it to you. In your native tongue, if the language barrier is an issue. You're using "p4p" as though it were itself a descriptive adjective, and not a conditional modifier for comparative purposes. In other words, you don't just say "Fighter X is p4p." That sentence makes NO SENSE. You can say "Fighter X is p4p a better fighter than Fighter Y, but not as good p4p as Fighter Z." - which is the same as saying "Fighter X is proportionately a better fighter for their weight than Fighter Y, but not as good proportionately for their weight as Fighter Z". Just saying "Fighter X is p4p" is the same as saying "Fighter X is proportionate". It's nonsense. It's an incomplete sentence. Is any of this getting through to you?
bit of an exaggeration dont you think? Berto has beaten 4 former world champions and Cab has only beaten like 3.
Well, Berto has struggled against his best opposition and escaped on sheer genetic superiority (nobody's ever accused Collazo or Quintana of being ubermensch athletes...and Urango is about as one-trick as ponies get). Caballero has losses earlier in his career but since beating Ponce De Leon has pretty clearly dominated a ton of B-level talent. The A-list hasn't exactly made itself readily available to him. As of today, I'm willing to call overall opposition more or less a wash, all things considered.
My objective? Is to cure you of your ignorance...only because it may be contagious, and dealing with more of you silly *******s bandying "p4p" around like it's a descriptive adjective does not appeal to me.
Do you know what the English word "proportionately" means? P4P is a phrase synonymous with the adverb "proportionately". You're using it like it's an adjective. Do they have distinct parts of speech in your first language? Saying "Floyd Mayweather is P4P" is the same thing as saying "The tree barely". Both sentences need to be finished. Floyd Mayweather is P4P what? The tree barely what? "Floyd Mayweather is P4P better than Fres Oquendo" "The tree barely shook in the breeze." The latter pair are actual logical statements. Without context, the term "p4p" means absolutely nothing. Please tell me you understand.
