If they were the same size, Cotto could very well beat Khan with his jab, timing, and body punching, but Khan has had the better victories over the past year or so.

I have to say cotto´s win over foreman is underrated, a lot of people thought cotto was shot and would get outboxed from the outside by the taller foreman.
Yet cotto won almost every round and stopped him easily, he deserves some credit for it even if foreman turned out to be nothing special.

Khan, Cotto hasn't beat anyone noteworthy since Margarito wooped him.

imo, Cotto is better. More experienced, more intelligent, and more well rounded. He's also the stronger puncher. Now that he's hooked up with Steward he is just gonna be even more dangerous. Khan still looks a little sloppy to me.

Cotto is a 3 division world champion and still quite young. Sure he lost to Margo and Pac but both those guys are proven world champions and the Margo that beat Cotto was IMO the strongest toughest version of Magarito ever seen.

Khan's recent run has been more impressive, but I thought P4P rankings taking into account more than just recent performances? In which case, Cotto is easily above Khan. Even as a fighter, at 147, I think Cotto would beat Khan in a very competitive, entertaining, FOTY type fight.

I am not so sure. I genuinely don't think that Cotto is the same animal that he once was. He has not looked any where near the level he was in the last yr or so. I think Khan wins a very close fight at 147. All that said, this is rather premature. We haven't even seen Khan fight once at 147. Alot of assumptions to make any accurate predictions to be honest.

If I'm a fighter, not taking my style of fighting into account, what is the tougher fight... Cotto at 154 or Khan at 140?

True. I just think Cotto would be better at 147 than he is at 154. We have to wait and see what Khan would be like at 147 to give a more accurate prediction.
