Many speak of the Corrales fight, but the Judah fight is amazing. Floyd sizes up his opponents better than even Roy, and he does it against a faster gun. Roy dazzles more, but the way Floyd operates an entire fight is 2nd to none. He's scary smart Zab is not James but had floyd gotten the ko like he was going to I'd rate his performance higher than Roy's against Toney

Roy on Toney. Toney wasn't mentaly weak like Judah.

Roy against Toney,James was pound for pound best at the time and Jones made him look like he didnt belong in the same ring with him.

You underestimate how Jones operates, and it's not really fair to give PBF credit for beating a faster man and use it against Jones. Jones couldn't face a faster man cuz there weren't any. Dazzles? Is that code for kicks their ass all over the ring?

Fair enough.....go watch Jones at LHW prior to moving up. Watch him against Woods who is another british champion who is still champion now. Or against Griffin, his toughest fight....watch how he adjusts. Watch him against Harding who had just beaten Tarver.

But if you want to see the best Jones, watch all his SMW fights.

RJJ will always be a more exciting fighter than PBF....but PBF may be smarter...

i thought Floyd was getting outboxed in the early goings of the Zab Judah fight and only took over when he deciced to put more pressure on Zab.

RJJ dominated Toney like noone else has ever done.

Also, Toney is a great fighter, while Zab is not.

    Not even close.

Remains to be seen. He has already come out of retirement once.

Ah, I don't think that was the question, but Roy Jones' performance against James Toney, though I think a more fair assessment would be the Diego Coralles performance.....

MANY people picked Diego to beat Floyd that night....

    Another night of Unbeatens:yep

Roy on Toney easily. For starters Roy was never in any trouble in that fight. he won every minute of every round. he was so vastly superior that he was able to toy with Toney plus Toney is leagues above Judah as a fighter.

Toney = lb 4 lb king at the time, one of the toughest men all time.
Judah = pussyhurt whiney little *****

what Roy did to Toney is better than all of mayweather's victories combined!
