Better power of recovery - Marquez or Calzaghe?

    Marquez by far, he showed it against opposition lightyears ahead of Calzaghe.

    funny question to ask someone who said joe had great recovery.

    what made you ask that?


    the OP said joe got dropped by several opponents and then came back to stop them same round, and I cant remember a semi decent one who he did that too except for Mitchell (to be fair, a false stoppage on slipping, not a KO or TKO).

    HA -which head shot? Calzaghe threw about 30-40 shots of byrons head and none of hurt Mitchell, so weak are his punches, apart from a brief moment when Mitchell stopped walking through them, backed onto the ropes and fell over backwards.

    Seems to me Joe could have thrown them at byrons head all night for 12 rounds - and he'd still need his ref to stop the fight for him when Byron slipped.
