Here we are talking purely resume, nothing else.

And make your decision based on who YOU think won each of the three fights.

Please vote and explain your choice :bbb

Id lean towards Morales just a tad but since Mab has the H2H edge over him winning 2 out of 3 it kind of balances out and equalizes them ATG wise.

I think its extremely close, Both resumes are great I think morales´ pacquiao win eventually will put him over barrera.
He also was never really defeated in his prime.
So I guess I will give him the edge for now. First fight I scored a draw second morales and the third for barrera.

Zaragoza is a major win for Morales (11 fight unbeaten champ), J. Chavez is a solid win as is Kevin Kelley (had just beaten Humberto Soto). I'd go with Morales on resume. Based on h2h I think Barrera is more dangerous and I rate him very highly due to his major change in style. Amazing transition and a young Barrera's combinations were beautiful. I think Morales over his career has better wins. They will forever be tied together in history together and rightfully so.

Is that the same chavez floyd beat much earlier? Surprised to see that up there as a great win for morales. I think it a solid win.

I would go with Morales better resume.

The arguement is actually kind of a paradox in logic. Given the fact both had tremendous careers, if you believe Morales has a better resume, than Barrera's two wins over Morales should automatically give him a better resume.

There's not much in it but I go with Erik.

Also worth noting Morales beat the two people who destroyed Barrera; Junior Jones and Pac.

Never been able to seperate the two, both are true greats. Put a gun to my head I'd say Barrera for beating Naz in such dominating fashion. But then again Morales beat Pac.

I was trying to make an equal number of major (not 'great' in terms of quality, but 'major' in terms of career significance) and solid wins for either man, in the interests of neutrality.

Zaragoza was past his best by the time Morales got to him. Barrera's win over McKinney was better than Morales's over Zaragoza IMO, both for Zaragoza's condition and the fact that MAB's performance was better as I see it.

Kevin Kelley was done by the time he fought these two, he was arguably past-prime when he fought Naz in '97. I don't recognize it here.

Oh i dont know. Theres not much to separate.

I think if you HAD to choose one....then id just about give it to Morales based on the fact that he beat 2 opponants that Barrera lost to in Jones and Pacquiao.

Then again Hamed was a massive win for Barrera AND he also fought JMM twice which Morales never did.

    I dont know....morales slightly...maybe
