Cotto has fought the better fighters p4p, but Martinez has fought the bigger guys.

Pavlik may never rank as high as Pacquiao p4p, but if you put Pacquiao in the ring with Pavlik he'd get brutalized.

Cotto. He has felt short against Pacman and Floyd, but still has better names and more titles in more weight classes.

cotto has never ducked fighters but the losses to paquiao trout and margharito were ugly. martinez lost to margharito too but avenged his only other loss to a dangerous paul williams. i kinda feel like martinez is ducking all the dangerous middlewieghts by taking the cotto fight.

    Ducking?

The guy has fought top 10 ranked fighters ever since he stepped up to 160.

Outside of Dzinziruk who was an unbeaten champ at 154

Cotto, easily. He's fought the better fighters all around than Martinez.
