Better Resume...Margarito or Cotto??

the one big problem i have with cottos resume is , that the same pauli mallinagi that gave cotto some trouble and fought a competitive fight against him was utterlty dominated by a fairl limited predictable rikky hatton. I love puerto rican fighters, tito is hands down my favorite fighter of all time, but to me cotto is the definition of overrated. I mean torres had him hurt, and torres is no dynamo, he looked good but not great against clottey, plaster or not margo beat hime in to submission, i mean come on guys he quit in that fight. People are clowning ortiz for quitting and cotto did the same exact thing taking a knee in the 11th. When cotto is in the ring with someone he can physically dominate he does great but when faced with fighters of eqivalent strength or greater he struggles. He lacks conditioning and ability to deal with pressure fighters. He did edge mosley imo, but if mosley would have pressure him the whole fight like he did the last 2 or 3 rounds, mosley easily wins.

 

I can easily understand now why ESB has sorta put the Post Level names.

So when we see a post like this...and then look at the title "NEWBIE" we can understand how someone can be so far off base

Its always great when peoples reponses , in no way shape or form debunk what was said , really weak reponse, from a weak die hard cotto fan who has never even been in a boxing ring

 

its ok varg i understand because there is nothing that can be said about what i said. Its all good, in vegas against pacman hes not gonna get that hometown msg decision, as a matter of fact he will prolly quit before it even comes close to the championship rounds

 

And like how said if Mosley would of pressured cotto more he would of got the job done. I could also say if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle.

Very funny and true, but nobody has any legitimate response to cotto taking a knee in round 11 against margo, and hypothetical hand wraps arent legit and nobody has a reponse to him being hurt by torress or stuggling with malinaggi. Im not gonna mention clottey again because he is good and losing or struggling with him is nothing to be ashamed of, but torres and malinaggi are a different story. Cotto equals hype machine, who wilts under pressure from legit strong welterweights. Let me guess he was weight drained against mallinagi and torres

 

So i guess because you hide behind your computer for years voicing your oppinion on boxing you are an expert, while some of us actually participate in the sport we love, you cant learn anything about boxing or fighting , hiding behind your desktop placing 100 posts a day about a sport your not man enough to partake in or experienced enough to know anything about

If you don't think Cotto was weight drained vs Paulie and Torres then you're an idiot. I can't believe you going to compare to Cotto tko Loss to Margarito to Ortiz tko loss to Maindain in a quitting thing. That was Ortiz first real test and he quit under pressure while Cotto before face Margarito, fought Quintana, Judah, Mosley. And Margarito imo use plaster stuff in his gloves to beat Cotto.
