    Mosley:

Margarito (He destroyed a prime Margarito, who was considered a beast and a huge favorite at the time)
De La Hoya x2 (Prime, with one controversial)
Luiz Collazo (He dominated Collazo to give him is only clear lost)
    Vargas x2 (Shot, Trinidadized)
Mayorga (Past prime but still dangerous)

A lot of good wins at lightweight, maybe the best lightweight h2h of the last 15 years....

Only lost to the best who had a stylistical advantage over him

    Never ducked anyone

    Lineal at 135, 147 and 154....

    Mayweather:

Prime Castillo x2 (with one controversial)
Prime Corrales (Annihilated Corrales who was undefeated and a beast at 130)
Past it De La Hoya (split decision in a boring fight)
Ricky Hatton (an overated but still somewhat good fighter, undefeated at the time)
    Jesus Chavez
    Carlos Hernandez
    Gennaro Hernandez
    Gatti
    Baldomir

Undefeated but never really fought the best when he should have

    Lineal at 130, 135 and arguably 147.
Held titles also at 140 and 154

So who has the better resume?

(feel free to correct me on any mistakes i made or if you have anything to had on their resumes)

mosely had a late career compared to FMJ, he only got exposure when he beat oscar around the time he was 29, i'd say his win over a prime oscar in 2000 is better then anything on floyds resume

Too bad people only starting noticing Mosley at WW, because he was extremely good at lightweight. And JWW for that matter.

I'd give it to Mosley, but it's very close. The first Oscar win is just so so SO much better than anything on Floyd's res that it tips the balance in his favour. Floyd could definitely swing the balance his way by the end of his career though, depending on who he fights.

    First, i don't consider Williams a ww.

Second, has paul williams made a clear, concrete offer to Mosley's team?

Finally, even if he had, Molsey is past his prime and has the right to chose not to fight a freaky yound champion like Paul Williams since he fought everyone in his prime.
