    Head to head means if they fight each other, and if that happens Vitali would take Joe's head off.

    Maybe he (and you) mean pound4pound.

    I believe you've mixed them up a bit.
    How can you take away the weight and NOT discuss p4p? :huh

    You're assuming Joe would beat Vitali TAKING AWAY THE WEIGHT, meaning if Joe was a heavyweight, meaning you're comparing them p4p, cause obviously Joe is NOT a heavyweight.

    Head-to-head means two fighters facing each other, period.

    P4P means two guys fighting each other, assuming they were in the same division.
