I agree with several of the first posts that have Chisora with as good if not better resume and being stylistically a bad match up for Wilder. Chisora is the type of fighter Wilder has avoided his whole career.

Glad to see the poll on this forum shows many people think the same too.

    Wilder, clearly.

Del Boy fears no-one but Wilder resume shows 2 wins over Luis Ortiz and a "draw" against Fury.

This. Chisora has the better opposition but lost to them all while Wilder's best wins (Ortiz x2, Breazeale in 1) is superior to anything on Chisora's.
If we're going to start judging fighters legacy now on opposition rather than wins then there's numerous journeymen throughout boxing history that faced multiples future world champs when they were starting out but got battered by them all, should they be now considered ATG's ??
For example here in the UK we had a journeyman called Peter Buckley who lost to Naseem Hamed, Acelino Freitas, Duke McKenzie, Kell Brook, Scott Harrison and Paul Ingle. That's a HOF worthy CV right there, problem is he lost every round in those fights.

It means a lot. BUT only if you're undefeated after fighting and beating top fighters. Wilder was undefeated for a long time only because he ducked the best.

    Fair enough.
****ing hate the term tho. Completely meaningless now.
 Guys that are 1-0 get introduced as undefeated.

****, I am sure there was a guy who was 0-0-1 and he was introduced as undefeated. I am damn sure this happened.

I give a fighter more credit for losing to top opponents than beating easy opponents. I rate Chisora's resume highly as he fought a lot of top opposition. Wilder generally did not take on credible opponents. Head to head, I think Wilder would KO Chisora and many other credible opponents but he almost always took the easy options.
