Better Top 5 Wins at SMW: Froch or Calzaghe?

You dismiss fighters wins because their opponent didn't do much in that division but praise Hopkins for beating Wright and Pavlik at lhw?

 

This is just plain stupid reasoning.Is Barkley ranked higher than Hearns? Is Taylor ranked higher than Hopkins? Is Buster Douglas higher than Tyson? Is Mccall and Rahman higher than Lewis?

Ali is ranked higher than Frazier not just because he beat him but rather because he beat a better number of opponents. Liston I, Liston I, Holmes, Norton etc. Frazier can't match his resume.

Leoanrd cleared out the ww division and then moved up to become a 5 division world champion. Beating guys like Hearns (atg), Duran(atg) and Benitez(hofer). Even if he didnt beat Hagler he would most likely be ranked above him.

Well then Ward who you rate so high. His foul filled win over Kessler obviously doesnt count for much either, or his win over Bika, or the way he was holding and leaning on Froch.

I wonder if you are pretending to be based in England, as you do not appear to have not seen half of the fights you comment on that happend in the UK, yet can recall alot of the more forgotten fights that happend in America. Seems odd Zod

You obviously havent seen the Reid/Malinga fight. If you did, you would know Reid just didnt do anything on that night or try. Similar to when D Williams lost to Sprott. Do you think Sprott was the better fighter? Williams stopped Froch the first time they fought, stopped him the second time they fought and then just didnt do anything in their third fight and was outpointed. So do you think Sprott was the better of the two.

Im guessing you havent seen the fights or know much about the fighters other than Williams beat Tyson, and will cover yourself saying you had no interest because they are both journeymen or something silly

You havent seen the fight Zod. He didnt get stopped, he retired with an injury. He didnt get stopped or taken off his feet.
