Better victories: Pac over Morales and Barrera or Floyd over Chico and Castillo

Pac beat the lineal champ. Go on, enlighten me, how many fighters have become lineal champs by 19yrs old at those lower weights?

i call them about equal. pac lost to morales the first time and i felt floyd lost to castillo the first also. i dont feel barrera was at his prime against pac but i also think chico was somewhere else against floyd. pac has sinse looked more impressive and floyd lacks his own jmm which i think a cotto or mosely could have provided. if pac and floyd never fight then i think floyd has to beat the top welter and pick up a junior middle belt to pull ahead of pac in accomplishments. if floyd fights pac and beats him then i think cleaning out the welter division will be enough to pull him ahead of pac.

what you don't understand is i'm not saying Corrales was at the end of his career. I'm saying that all the circumstances at that time point to the fact that on that night he was far, far, far from his peak. When he went on to be a champion later, he was no longer facing jail time, he was no longer coming in 2 lbs over the weight limit at the weigh in, and he was no longer just about to get a divorce. I never said he was past it. But on that night he was alot further from his peak on that night than Morales was against Pacquiao at only 29 years old.

the Morales that fought Pac would have knocked out the Corrales that fought Floyd. Not the same class

 

corrales and castillo are just not in the same class as morales and barrera. both morales and barrera are easily in the top 10 greatest mexican boxers of all time and certified top 90 ATGs. corrales and castillo aren't even close to that.

 

There is no double standard lol. Morales was past it, and Chico was in his prime. MAB and Morales are considered greater than Castillo and the late Chico(R.I.P), they just weren't in their prime when Pac fought them. Floyd faced those guys in their absolute prime.

You can't be serious lol... Lineal? Lineal shineal lol. Sorry, but you won't get away from the fact that those guys at flyweight get titles shots after a few fights lol... Pac was experienced compared to these 3 guys Kittikasem, Arbachakov, and Sassakul to name a few lol. Those 3 guys I named received title shots after how many fights? How long did Pac hold on to that lineal title? Wasn't Pac green then, no. He was green when he lost to Morales...that's right lol.:deadForget age lol.

Floyd loses polls to Cotto, Shane, and PAc on this forum all the time lol. There are enough posters here on thisforum who don't like Floyd, and vote against him in every type of poll. Rubbing these poll wins in lol...won't take away the fact that Pac lost twice by ko, lost a decision to Morales, and owns 2 draws...while Floyd is undefeated, and fought his best comp in their prime.
