Morales and it's not close. Morales had just beaten Pac the previous year while DLH hadn't beaten anyone good since the Mosley rematch. DLH was also a part time boxer and floyd barley beat him.

What's interesting is that this is pitting Floyd's best win against maybe Manny's 3rd or 4th best win, and its totally even by votes.

awful? Raheem was just the better fighter. and ffs what do you want us to think about lower weights? Of course grown up men needs to make the weight of 130 just to make money, and if you struggle for that, it's not your opponent's fault.

I think the boxing experts would be equally split, mostly because I think this genuinely is a ****ing tight call to make. It's crazy and just wrong for someone to say that one win is far above the other.

Common sense tells us it shouldn't be, but people aren't always rational. Fact is that EM asked Pac for a CW because they would have to kill themselves to get back down in weight. Pac said no and EM, the warrior he is, killed himself and wen on to lose and look silly. Oscar had just got done KO'ing boxing's favorite mule, Ricardo Myorga. Floyd, in my and many other's opinions, went on to soundly beat Oscar by a UD. Nonetheless, he won via SD. It wasn't until Oscar's subsequent move down in weight to fight little Stevie Forbes and Pac, that Oscar resembled the Morales that Pac beat.

Fact is that many boxing pundits get a little homotional themselves, so just because their poll might resemble this one, doesn't mean it correlates to common sense or logic. I know a few who would pick Manny -EM just because of their disdain for Floyd. Seems the way it just is with anything Floyd related.

No no its not. Morales was finished at 130. Oscar was at arguably the best weight of his career. Its obvious which is better.
