Abraham is a better fighter than Lacy so it is a much better win. I thought Abraham would give Froch a good fight and probably win, but Froch winning easily was a surprise.

Abrahams a better fighter :huh. What do you think are Abrahams 5 best victorys?
Abrahams not a better SMW than the one Calzaghe beat in Lacy.
Lacy has a win resume arguable to Butes who many rate now

I didnt have Lacy in my P4P list and didnt think that much of his openish brawling style, but the dominant win over Robin Reid, who was coming off a robbery loss to Otke was impressive. Although Reid only trained in his hotel room when in Florida :-(

People forget but allot of people on ESB had Lacy as no1 at SMW

I felt bad for Lacy watching, it was like he was constantly 1 punch away from being ko'd but Calzaghes limits power made it a horrible sustained beating. I kept hoping they'd throw the towell in. If Lacy got ko'd in a few rounds it would have been better for him

well in retrospect abraham is a better fihter than lacy but calzaghe's win was much better, he was the underdog, nobody gave him a chance.

Yeah i remember sitting at home with 2 friend of mine waiting to see Lacy knock this kid out.....yeah right lol. Calzaghe made him look like a fool in the ring. Duran would have said "No Mas" that night lol.

People like to forget that Lacy was deemed a monster before his bout with Calzaghe, if people still had the perception of Lacy that they did back then, most would have him beating the Abraham we see today... just something to think about.

Froch battered Abraham by doing nothing spectacular on the eye, but keeping him at bay with a great jab and using his superior reach to his advantage with a perfect gameplan implemented.

Calzaghe battered Lacy with an array of spectacular skill and using the full arsenal while throwing over a 1000 punches.

Calzaghe v Lacy was the better win for me, as you could never tire of watching it. But they were both great.

It's laughable how many people have such short memories regarding Lacy. At least 80% of boxing fans and pundits were tipping the next big star to destroy the overrated Brit
