IMO that TKO1 of Jacobs over Quillin is a pretty damn good win especially that Quillin and Lee had a draw fight.
Jacobs blasting Quillin out was totally unexpected and shocking to me. That's my pick of upset of the year for 2015.
Jacobs KO over Quillin. Quillin beat a HOF named Winky Wright so I guess resume wise and out of complete surprise the KO happened I say Danny gets it. You guys call a lot of fights boring but that struggle that BJS put up against Andy Lee in the slow ass fight was super coring.
Have to figure Lee and Quillan are roughly the same level (since they did draw) so blasting Quillan out in one is more impressive. Laughing quietly at the guy saying old as dirt Winky Wright is a good win.
Think a Lemieux fight comes down to who lands first, he could outbox Stevens but has to worry about the power coming back for a longer amount of time.
Gotta be Jacobs here. I may be a bigger fan of Lee than of Quillin, but blowing out Quillin like that is flat out better than how BJS handled Andy, no matter how you cut it.
Jacobs win over Quillin is better. The ref should have let Quillin get KO'd outright though. The stoppage was a bit quick in my opinion.
I gave up candy bars for a month after my boy Chco Choc got caught cold with that KTFO1 That was the upset of the year for me last year
