everyone knew Floyd would coast to victory against SSM. Pac was the underdog against ODLH. so the answer is quite clear.

Everyone is forgetful of the fact Margo was exposed as a cheat and the Mosley win wasn't deserving of all the credit. Add a year of Mosley waiting around for a big fight untill Floyd gave it to him months later.

Why don't you also mention that Mosley was getting his ass handed to him in sparring as well? And hadn't fought in a year and a half. Who'd he beat before? A Margarito that was just caught trying to cheat who probably lost the fight mentally before it even began.

Oh yeah, Oscar gave Forbes the worst loss of his career. Pac and De La Hoya were also 4 weight divisions apart just a year prior. Also, a pictorial for all... :hey

Are you been serious? Mosley was looking phenominal in sparring. It was De la Hoya who was being destroyed in sparring . They kicked Valero out of his camp because he was beating him up too much.

I cannot believe that the two are being compared. Mosley was number one at welterweight. Mayweathers win over Marquez is comparable to Pac over De la Hoya. I even think that The Marquez Mayweather beat would have beaten the de la hoya pac beat.

Who was beating Mosley up in sparring?

Are you saying that if Margarito had his bricks and was mentally stable he stands a chance of winning?

Worse loss of his career. Its Stevie ****ing Forbes. He lost to Demetrius Hopkins by 10 rounds just a fight before he fought De La Hoya. And Forbes, who has a 23% KO rate broke his orbital bone.

"In a recent interview Brother Nazim gave a reassuring explanation to Avi Shoefly” Korinero of sportingnews.com when he said “I’m not a big believer of bringing in a guy that fights exactly like Floyd Mayweather… I want to bring in guys that will get Shane at his best. I think that if you bring guys in that will get Shane at his best, then it’ll be enough to beat Floyd Mayweather.” Two of the fighters helping Shane get ready are the young 140 pound prospect Karl Dugan and the experienced Enrique Ornelas. Dugan helps by emulating Floyd’s style and Ornelas is a bigger guy that has fought at the 160, 168, and 175 pound weight divisions."

Yeah sounds just as bad as De La Hoya getting his ass kicked by lightweights. :rofl

If you picked Pacquiao over Oscar then you're ****in nuts. Shane may have been over the hill but Oscar, at 145lbs, had both feet firmly in his coffin.

Some Pacquaio fans are ****in senile!!!

If boxing fans would have known that DLH was gonna come into the fight at 145, that he was gonna need IV"s to hydrate himself, do *******s as stupid as they are think there would have been overwhelming consensus De La Hoya was gonna win?

Hell I saw that DLH was smaller then Pac at the weigh in and changed my prediction to 7-5 DLH. I didnt even know he had needles in his arms before the fight.

how the **** can anyone vote for pacquiao vs de la hoya? :admin

just shows how many pacquiao fans there are and how biased! :-(

pac v de la hoya wasnt even SLIGHTLY competitive and you all know why!

floyd got rocked in the 2nd and nearly floored. came back to win every single round from there on in.

it was floyd vs mosley and pac vs punchbag..... NO COMPARISON!!
