Better win? Pac V Cotto / Ward V Dawson

I think Ward was. He dominated a guy who was not dominated like that before. Pacman was always thought to be better than Cotto. Cotto lost to most elite guys, but I give im credit he fights the elites.

 

Cotto had beat the better fighters and had a more functional size and power advantage against Manny despite the catch-weight, and people couldn't predict how Manny would take it.

 

People here seriously making a case for Ward-Dawson?

A more reasonable comparison would be with Pac-Oscar, not a Pac-Cotto which was by far the more superior win.

 

Hard to say since Cotto had no trainer. Plus he was coming off two beatdowns by Margarito and Clottey. Not really comparable
