Dont know if you bet but remember germany vs England for the world cup, so much money was made that day because the English put a lot of money on their nation making them favourites.
Same with the odds for a pac ko vs hatton it went up to 2.5 on fight night or something like that.
If you got a team like manchester playing madrid or barcelona the odds will go up on the day of the game because they put cash on their team cause they want them to win.
Im pretty sure it was the same for hatton vs floyd, I didnt bet a lot back then so I dont know.

Have to agree with some of this.I never,ever thought Ricky would beat Floyd,until I had 5mins of madness at 8pm on fight night.Some ****ing insanity grabbed me and I stuck 2 tonne on Ricky at 3/1.Even as I was handing over the money I knew I had just pissed the money away.
CB has a point with this one.
