    Commenting to give a bump.

I don't know too much of Betulio, but I do know he was a hell of a fighter, gave Canto trouble, and would probably acquit himself well against Gonzalez. someone such as @Flea Man would be much more knowledgeable than myself.

I'm guessing I'll learn a lot, if you get any replies!

Maybe add Marciano's name to the title?

I like Roman pretty big over Betulio. I like Roman against a lot of guys that are probably a slender greater than him tbh. Not seen many more fluid punchers even at this poundage, and really hurtful punchers that are that fluid? Basically there are none of them. Borkhorser, meanwhile, broke Betulion up with a slightly inferior attack, body and head, just wore him down, wore him out, made him quit. That counter-right is dangerous to Roman, I admit that, it was a bit of a sickner at its best that punch but I think Roman is equal to it. Nobody really came close to putting him off with punches. I think Betulio gets pulled late, once it's clear he needs the knockout and when it's equally clear he doesn't have the goods to deliver it.

Borkorsor was a monster, a freak with humongous legs. He’s probably more like Srisaket than Gonzalez. We have two bits of footage of him, against Montana where he looks a bit like a caveman, and Herrera where he shows some smarts as well as being a horrid, bruising fighter.

Betulio could well beat Roman, seeing how Gonzalez had his struggles with someone like Chango Vargas. But I reckon Chocolatito would have too much flair in his own game, and win a slim points decision in a bout that is fought mainly at close quarters, with one man being more skilled, having the superior feet and being the more fluid combination puncher. Betulio of course could pull a big shot out of his arse now and then in a firefight, but I have no concerns about Roman’s chin. None, he was a bit shopworn against SSR, and that’s a humongous beast who undoubtedly hits harder than Betulio.

Great fight, Roman Gonzalez wins. On points over 12.

As McGrain brought him name up, Borkorsor chews him up most probably. An interesting thing about Borkorsor is that he outjabbed and outboxed Erbito Salavarria. Similar to how Srisaket out-countered And out-generalled Estrada at times in their fight.

I havent watched any other fights of Gonzalez except Ohba and Canto so its probably not a good representation. But i have to favor Roman too strong too much volune

The more I watch of Betulio the more I like his chances. But he was involved in a lot of close SD/Draws, and sometimes got the short end of the stick. I think I might pick Betulio here, but I think realistically it would be a close SD one way or the other.

Chocolatito wins by points. Roman's educated pressure and consistent leading combinations would catch with the springy Venezuelan.
