After evaluating the skill level, level of opposition faced and performance, of Kovalev, Stevenson and Ward, I see Stevenson as the #1 LHW in the world and seriously doubt if within the next 2 years Kovalev or Ward have a chance of beating him. The Ward- Kovalev fight is huge, but a Stevenson-Kovalev fight is bigger. Stevenson by TKO. :deal
sounds like everyone has a plan until they get hit. thats why we play the game. the best fights the best. and that just has not happened captain.
Stevenson's left hand is just too powerful for Kovalev, and his Kronk experience is just too much for for Ward and Sergie. Ward's best chance against Adonis is to wait a few years until Superman hits the big 40. Kovalev's best chance is to just not fight Stevenson and do what Golovkin does and only face those other than the best.
Either Ward or Kova will beat him, dude's trash. He doesn't even look good beating the bums that he does.
Don't see a problem with Adonis fighting in Canada. Canada has a great fan base and they turn out in force for their stars. Canada is > for boxing than Germany! :smoke
Beterbiev is too stiff to beat either of the three, and that's why his handlers are keeping him far far away for them. I'd like to see Beterbiev against the opponent Stevenson just KO'ed. At this point Beterbiev is one of the few boxers whose resume is even weaker than Golovkin.
Don't be a fool. Kovalev or Ward have to meet Stevenson at some point. Stevenson is the man to beat at LHW. Ward could have probably made a fight with Stevenson before Kovalev, but Ward sees Kovalev as the weaker of the two.
Ward, Kovalev, Beterbiev would all do a number on Chickenson. There's a reason he ran away from Sergei.
