I'd love to agree with Blocky.......but Danny didn't do enough to deserve to get the win. I am a bit "Old School"......and I believe the challenger has to take the Title off the Champion. Green simply left it too late. DAMMIT!:blood

Green had the wrong attitude. He would have known that Beyer didn't have the weapons to hurt him. He should have attacked like he did in the final round. Mundine would most likely have smashed Beyer like he did Soliman, for the same reason....... Beyer couldn't hurt Mundine........ If you can't hurt Mundine.......you are gonna get an arsewhipping.
Beyer won it fair and square - he did his homework and counterpunched Green all fight - Green's late charge in rd 12 was nothing more than his last assault on Beyer. I agree MD was quite flattering to Green, I think it should have been a UD win to Beyer.

This is rehashing old ground. i am sure we have all been over this fight so many times. Both fighters have moved on and this fight was not exactly a great one that should be remembered.
