Yet the Old Fart still Fighting at such a high level.. :bbb

younger guys like Tito, ODLH, Barrera, Morales are much younger, past prime, shot to **** and retired, Pac has already hit prime and its actually past it but still good, the Only fighter from the 90s that is still at this high level is Floyd Mayweather Jr... :bbb

Living proof that by perfecting and adhering to the fundemental law of the sweet science, you can practice and enjoy it for all of your life.
It is also a testiment of the advantages of living a healthy life and non-traditional spiritual diet absent of alcohol, bad meats, tobacco, drugs and simple but detrimental pleasures (sweets).

Tito, ODLH, Morales, Pernell have not embraced these life style changes thus, they age faster.

Parts of it genetics, most of it comes down to lifestyle.

Bernard Hopkins is a role model to everyone.

Living right and becoming a student of the game pays off. A lot of these younger fighters and these new boxing fans just don't understand it though.

the dude is a statistical outlier plain and simple. his lifestyle and dedication contribute for sure but the guy isn't exactly something you can expect to be by copying him. just enjoy him while you can.

It's also down to the fact that Bernard is just intelligent and brings the fight down to a slow level.
