Bob Arum is merely a scapegoat. Floyd doesn't want to fight Manny. One day it's steroids, Pacquaio agrees to test, Mayweather decided Bob Arum is the problem, Manny's contract is about to expire, Floyd decides it's steroids again and this time he wants a shorter cutoff period, etc. He invents new problems every time the fight has a chance of being signed.

Fact: Floyd and Bob kissed and made up a while back at a football game, snapped some snuggly smiley photos, said no hard feelings. If anything Floyd is on worse terms with DLH, but he lets him make millions off of him. It's all bull****, business.

This is the same old boring crap from years ago. Both of them are over-the-hill. I wouldn't even buy this PPV.

This fight hasn't happened because you have two powerhouses that have to come to an agreement. Two powerhouse who never give up leverage, and one of them will have to give up leverage to get this fight made.
