Adamek actually confronted Hopkins last night in Newark and Mr. Ex dodged the encounter...

BHOP has turned into a big headed *****.

If every Boxer thought like he currently does "he isnt a big enough name for me to fight"than this already dying sport would be even worse off.

Clearly want's no part of Chad Dawson.Too bad it would have been nice to see BHOP fight his SECOND LHW opponent of his career after Tarver.

Actually Hopkins beat Tarver more convincingly than Dawson.
No matter that Hopkins made fool of himself with offer for Adamek
I think Dawson is way overrated with the win over not healthy
Adamek and he would no KO Hopkins. Taylor is also way overrated.
Hopkins may have a chance to KO Dawson instead.

I doubt, since beating Adamek Dawson almost lost to Johnson, got bad
reputation for fighting gatekeeper in the title defense and ducking Diaconu
.... and now there is trilogy with Tarver on the way up.

From the same time Adamek moved to actually stronger division
and earn Ring belt over there. His "natutal" weight is at 200 lb and everybody
knows he was weight drained for at least 2 years prior to fighting Dawson.

Adamek is truth, Dawson is good but way too overrated.

A great deal of that has to do with him not starting until later in life. The damage you take in your formative years lasts alot longer than if you wait until your brain's developed. Case in point, Wilfred Benitez- brilliant defensive fighter, but he was too good too young and the blows he did take were that much more damaging long-term. Had Hopkins run through the US amateur system from 10 years old, my wager is he wouldn't have had the longevity or quality of life he's got now.

Yeah he did but i also feel BHOP caught Tarver(not that Tarver was that great)in the same way Tarver and Johnson caught Roy..losing a bunch of weight to come back down.Dawson has been right there the whole time and he wants to act like he doesnt exist or isnt relevant. And as far as him KO'ing Chad i will be the first to say that i was one of the first ESB'ers to make claim that his chin was soft after going down the way he did against Harding but he must be given credit for going through Adamek,Johnson and Tarver without his chin being that big of a factor.

Dawson has a great chance IMO to outbox BHOP.I think Hopkins would be forced to fight in his usual dirty clinching headbutting manner against Chad. The Pavlik fight has slightly overrated a 44 year old BHOP.Not everyone is as 1 dimensional.

EDIT!!!!Actually both Hopkins and Dawson kicked the **** out of Tarver easily.

On the Dawson vs Johnson subject!

Almost isnt as good as losing.Glen Johnson isnt called the Road Warrior for nothing. When is the last time you seen him a fight where he was dominated and wasnt competitive?Johnson is one of the better orthodox fighters against Southpaws and it has been mentioned in the past.Dawson is fighting the top LHW's even if old while Hopkins was the "Ring Champ" and didnt defend against another LHW once.

Adamek didn't give him his entire wallet before saying hello, what'd you expect? Hell, even if Ademek did, Hops would've demanded twice as much and left anyways.

I'm just comparing the Dawson path to glory vs Adamek path to glory.
Adamek so far is going the hard way, Dawson have tendency to sneak
out from hard way for the easier fights which brings bigger money.

Polish writer and quotes from Adamek's promoters so i will take it with a grain of salt but the 90/10 split BHOP offered is shameful.

There has got to be a greater reason as to why he did this ****.

Wanting to face Joe and Bernard is not the easy way.Not his fault that the old timers were playing musicle chairs with the Ring Belt. They did it when Adamek was at LHW too.He doesnt have many options left which is not his fault.
