Biased fans, corrupt judges, ward didn't win

Nope, please don't try misrepresent me, thank you. I thought ORTIZ* won the fight and clearly stated this on many occasions. My critique was of Ortiz and the quality of his performance when matched against his aspirations to be the dominant world champion. If you have to invent things to strengthen your hand, I can't stop you. But I can draw a line under discussing this fight with you. It's pointless. There are many posters on here who think Krusher won and I listen to them based on their overall knowledge. But you sir, are so fundamentally out of your depth on ESB I'm embarrassed for you. But then delusion is the happy bedfellow of the criminally under-informed.

I've never seen Ward look so bad. Kovalev comfortably won.

Yes, Ward set the blueprint with those brutal body shots, it's what took away all of Kova's energy and gave Ward the win.

If you define punching someone in the face and body with better shots yes....if not....Kovalev walking forward and failing to land cleanly for two thirds of the fight WAS CLEARLY ROBBED

 

i think thatsright has always been very pro ward, same with dubblechin,

when posters who were very much supporters of a fighter say he got a robbery you have to take notice.

on the one month bet ban thread i backed ward, i was convinced he would outbox him. he didn't he got outboxed, took the bigger shots and couldn't compete with sergey so he looked to spoil the fight make the rounds look close and rob the fight

So the boxing powers that be want Ward to win? I thought he was so unpopular he has to give away tickets in his own town.. I thought he had to fight on BET because no one wanted to watch that boring fighter.. Now the powers that be gifted him the fight? Wouldn't it make more sense and money to not have that no draw power having guy win anything? He won the Super 6 and still have no draw power, but curruption is keeping him winning? Why?

 

That was a typo, they happen. It meant to read 'I thought Ortiz won the fight' which is my opinion, and always has been. Make mileage out of a typo, I don't really care. But taking a leaf out of your book - but one you failed to stick to - this is a waste of valuable time and I don't really want to be party to you hijacking your own thread with petty point scoring any longer. What is there to gain from having Ward win? He doesn't bring in more fans, money, or anything.. People labeled him boring no matter what they see, so why would corruption make him win?

If this was a huge money fight between two popular fan favorites, then you could possibly say that.. That's like saying the if Browns beat the 49ers, it was because of curruption.. Two unpopular teams outcome won't effect the richest pockets...

The only reason you're giving that curruption would even happen is that an American was fighting a Russian.. The powers that be only want American Champs even if they have no huge amounts of money, power, or a huge fan base...
