Margarito was caught before the mosley fight by Nazeem. Its never 100% proven that he did cheat vs Cotto.
But why would it honestly be the first time? We all know that is 99% that he had loaded gloves vs Cotto and probably before that as well.
Same with Miller, 99% he was roided before fights.

But even if he never actually did, his intend to do so (twice) should warrant the same punishment as someone who was caught after a fight.

 

Miller wasted his life chance to achieve something last year and he didn't learn anything from it...

Also, his metabolism is slow - that's why he is a fat giant f*cker - and his body does not flush them out as quick as he thinks. So he has been overdosing on them when he should have been taking much less EPOs; simply to metabolise and flush them quicker.

Plus he is all about that hood life so hangs around those hood rats with single digit IQs so intelligence is not a big factor here.

Other guys simply get away with it because they are surrounded by intelligent people who understand the science behind it all to avoid getting caught.
