    Not really. Dude basically got off scott free after he tested positive vs Joshua.
    He wasn't officially liceneced by the NYSAC(New York?) And never recieved an official ban. Only the WBA issued a ban, a mere 6 month one at that.
    And even tho Hearn cut ties, Top Rank immediatly picked him up.
