He seems to either be getting sold way too high, or way too short. So I thought I'd put a comparison of him to a few other clear top 10 HWs.

Miller: Best win: Gerald Washington at the time a fringe top 15ish HW
2nd Best win: Duhaupaus, at the time a fringe top 15-20ish HW
3rd best win: Wach, at the time a fringe top 15-20ish HW
4th best win: Adamek, former top 4 contender, great name, totally shot

Wilder: Best win: Luis Ortiz, top 5 HW
2nd Best win(A): Stiverne I, considered a top 5 HW at the time, in retrospect there is reason to doubt if he actually was ever an H2H top 10.
3rd best win: Washington, see Miller's description above. Arguably better H2H than Stiverne
4th best win: Duhapaus, see Miller's description above

Dillian Whyte: Best win: Joseph Parker, at the time a fringe top 5 hw, close fight
2nd best win: Chisora, at the time a fringe top 10-15 ish HW, disputable outcome
3rd best fight: Lucas Browne, at the time a fringe top 20ish HW
4th best fight: Helenius, see Adamek's description above.
NOTE: Unlike Miller, has a loss, to AJ

Parker: Best win: Carlos Takam: At the time a fringe top 10-15ish HW
2nd: Ruiz: Fringe top 15-20ish HW whose main accomplishment was in fighting a close fight with Parker,
3rd: Fury: See Ruiz description above.
4th: Dimitrenkko: Fringe top 20ish HW at the time.
NOTE: Unlike Miller, has a loss (two, from AJ and Whyte)

So, of this group of fairly consensus top 10 HWs, I'd say Wilder has the best resume, Whyte 2, Miller 3, Parker 4. But, take away the Ortiz win from Wilder, and give a disputable decision to Chisora instead of Whyte, and they would basically be about equal on resume. There's no question that based on resume, Miller is deserving of a ranking somewhere between 5 and 10 right now in the division.

Parker has the best resume out of the lot of them. Takam, Ruiz, H.Fury, Joshua, Whyte, and every one of these fights was 12 grueling close rounds.

Wilder and Whyte are very similar and id say even, both went life and death with their toughest similar ranked competitors, Ortiz and Parker. Argue Chisora beat Whyte all you want, but Wilder has looked very poor against even weaker opposition as well.

Miller's resume would come in 4th, simply because it's lacking that one big name, and that's from a big Miller fan. Heres the thing people miss about Miller though. No one has completely dominated and imposed themselves on that fringe contender level of opposition like Miller has except Joshua and T.Fury. He's been the most impressive of the 4 in my opinion. Anyone under 250 pounds whose last name doesn't end in Joshua or Fury, won't even raise a sweat on Miller. He's a huge awesome force who simply chokes you out of the fight.
