Thought it was a lovely shot, took me back to the glory days where the men sorted out the boys in the first 10 minutes before going on to play some tough footy....and that goes for both codes.

As for the FOBS (coconuts) in junior league, the problem is that they come over without birth certificates and lower their age so they can start school at the begining instead of jumping straight into 2nd or 3rd class. They often give their christening dates as their birth dates.

In New Zealand they have started grouping Kids Union and League on the size of the children cause the Maori and Islanders are so much bigger than everyone else. I think its a good idea.

 

Yes we've had this discussion at Wests because there's plenty of FOBS here but the problem is that the poor 10 year old that's a big soft lard arse would get killed by some of the smaller but stronger 11/12 year olds.

It's a tough one. I played in the Canterbury comp where we didn't have divisions and thought it was fine even though some teams were much better than others. In the Wests comp they have divisions but all the best players end up in Div.1 while the left overs drop down into a competition that lacks quality. These players don't develop and the gap gets bigger and there's a similar problem with comps divided into size divisions. Shouldn't the qulaity smaller guy learn to deal with big blokes?

 

Can't agree mate, king hitting blokes is not part of the sport, to me it was just straight out assault and would have nearly caused a riot had he done it in Perth.

7 weeks was predictable considering the AFL's favouritism of Sydney. They don't want to hurt their NSW project.

 

I dont think Sol would take a big step up in class, he likes fighting bums.

Mate took far more balls for a small guy to stand face to face to Hall letting him know what a d1ckhead he is rather than king hit a guy who is not looking.

Everyone is saying WHAT A PUNCH! SHOULD BE IN BOXING ahhh yeah but are these people forgetting in boxing you have your hands up and are ready for shots coming towards you.

Everyone says how tough Hall is but truth is in the end he is just a big ***** cat. Leaving his team mates behind when they lost the grand final and rather then do the team thing and stay with his mates and friends he took off to be a lone rather then help eachother out to try and recover from the defeat.

Afl players are preening jizz receptables banging their shoulder and chests together like christ knows what. how the **** is that tough in anyone's book.

If I stunk the place out in a final i'd want to get the **** out of there as well, **** the team.

As for a king hit he was standing in front of the recipient.
