    Khan getting sparked out had taken the glory away from him a bit. He is a good honest pro, father and son team, done things the proper way, british, commonwealth, european.

    Well done Nicky, hopefully he can hold onto his title long enough to get a massive fight with Lopez or Gambo, seal his pension.

    Yep. Really glad for Cook and his family. I doubted he could beat AAA and supported AAA through the fight but fair dues to the bloke. Hopefully he will get a few decent fights and maybe a big fight sooner or later.

    It is abit disapointing that the press want to talk about some gloryfied 6 year old girl getting KTFO instead of Britains new world champion.

    This result has been overshadowed by the Khan loss.

    Cook thoroughly deserved his win and I'm genuinely pleased for him.

    TBH, I wasn't particularly impressed with either Cook or Harrison. I don't know, Cook didn't really convince me that he has the class to go and fight the top men.

    Sounds like he had a good win, i didnt get to see the fight, AAA was a ***** for sayin he got robbed, maybe the weigh in hurt him but thats no excuse.

    Mitchell said he would never fight Cook as they are 'like brothers'.
    Doubt Warren would put them in together anyway as he has lost too many fighters of late.

    yeah congrats to Nicky Cook, got hurt bad & ran like a chicken & still got a UD from 3 english judges & an english ref who let him 'hang on like Hatton' all night long:deal

    Cook is total crap, & is even bottling a rematch with Arthur cos he knows he got a gift.

    got hurt a couple of times and spent the rest of the fight outboxing a very poor arthur. even in the rounds he ran he did enough to win landing the better cleaner shots.

    i'm going to watch the replay on normal sky with an open mind so i might change my opinion, but i think its unlikely.
