yeah, i agree, i think smigga should be building towards stieglitz right now, another 2 fights, one to win the lonsdale, and then a poss euro shot. if he wins the euro, then, put him in there!
I would like to see dodson in a prizefighter, i think it would suit him. But i just think his time has come and gone with regards to british titles now

Yeah, possibly. What I meant was, normally the winner of Prizefighter gets a shot at the British Title. And I think Tony would be the first to admit that he has had more cracks at that title than most could dream of. So a successful tilt at Prizefighter would put him him, undoubtedly, in last chance sallon.

yeah it might do. don't get me wrong, i don't mind tony, and still don't i have had a bit of banter on here with him.
what my issue has been all along was that he seemed to be relying on being the naturally bigger man, and promising to take paul into the trenches and then not doing it.
I respect what the man has done, and achieved, and coming back from bad injury in itself has to be respected.
He is better than being a journey man though, and acting as a tune up for prospects, well he is better than that, but if that turns out to be all he can get he is best out of it imo

maybe it is, but if he wins a lonsdale outright, and then is successful in winning a euro, the money is in the world title fight for him, so why would he not push for that? You dont want to be sat around defending euro titles if there is a world title shot there for you.
what sort of route or timescale would you suggest?

its not about the money its about being ready i reckon if smigga does push for a world title yer talking at least 4 fights
