    Some weight cut from Browne. Fair play to the guy. Don't think it will help him that much as he is most likely too old now and has always lacked basic boxing fundamentals. But if he can keep up this shape, it will definitely help him move faster in the ring.

    Looks like he's been taking fashion tips from Deontay.

    Meanwhile, 26-year-old Dave Allen can barely stay out of KFC for 48 hours.

    Looks far better, but obviously too little, too late for his boxing career now. The Whyte KO has put him in the "shot" or close to it category. Unless he can pull off a surprising victory he's going to have a tough time getting back in the mix.

    Maybe he should pick a fight with one of the other fighters finding it hard to get opponents. Joyce has been looking for a step up maybe Browne can fit that bill. Or perhaps Ortiz who is in the who needs him club.

    Kind of hard to see where LB goes from here. I don't see him getting fights that actually move him back into title contention. He isn't going to outbox/outwork anybody truly skilled on the way up - but his power makes him dangerous.

    Maybe he'll land a fight against Adamek in Poland or Pulev in Bulgaria.

    Clothes can hide or accentuate weight loss. Just look at any pic of Andy Ruiz looking lean in a T-shirt. However, he certainly looks a lot better than he did a few months ago. Wonder why he didn't make the effort then, however, or why he's making such an effort now considering the nature of the loss, and where it's put him in his career.

    If it's simply for his own health though then good on him.

    Defo too little too late,why on earth couldn’t he do that for the biggest fight of his career,had time and came in like he hadn’t trained at all and for that I can’t be doing with the man.
