went for a 20min bike ride today for the first time in 10 years and thought i was gonna die with those old crappy breaks and gears but still worked up a sweat and got a good leg workout lol gonna hit the weights now to finish week 5 of stronglifts
finished 12 weeks of stronglifts 5x5 gained about 6kg muscle and am now squatting 95kg, benching 60kg, deadlifting 95kg, overheadpress 52.5kg, row 60kg gotta go buy more plates now! started madcows 5x5 hoping to bulk another few kg in the next few weeks and then im going on a 9 week intense cut which i can hopefully keep my strength gonna start boxing again soon too seeing as this IS a boxing forum haha
