Unless Eggington has made vast improvents since he fought Skeete, I see this fight having pretty much the same pattern as Skeete vs Eggington: Eggington having a little success in the early rounds with his workrate and fervour, but then becoming flummoxed by Gavin's variety, counterpunching and judgement of distance by the fourth round, to the point where he is simply following Gavin around the ring, with Gavin countering well off the back foot and claiming the rounds with the better quality work. If anything, a Gavin vs Skeete rematch would be a far more intriguing prospect.
