The Ali of the 1st Cooper fight was not the finished article something that Cooper himself commented on.

Prime Foreman beats any version of Frazier and so does Liston imo.
The Ali of the Williams fight outboxes, and out speeds Frazier.
Ali did a better job against Bonavena and Quarry because he was a better fighter than Frazier, that doesn't mean he was prime.
It's like saying Walcott and Charles put up excellent fights against Marciano, it doesn't mean they were peak versions of themselves!

Personally I thought Ali looked very unconvincing against Bonavena ,and that the Quarry fight did not go long enough to test his stamina.
As to who was the greater champion? No contest Ali came back after 3.5 years and took on 2 rated contenders then the number one man. After Ali, Frazier fought 2 nobodies , tying up his cheapened title for 2 years.

It would certainly have been more competitive, but same winner imo.

I was actually talking about the 1966 Cooper fight, not the 1st Cooper fight. Do you think the Ali of the Mildenburger or second Cooper fight always beats Frazier?

Everybody pipes up about this Cleveland Williams fight but in reality Ali was no better against Mildenburger or Cooper in 1966, he was just fighting better guys than London and Williams. That's how he could get away with looking so good. Frazier was a higher level again, closer to Ali.

Kostya probably wins a tough fight prime for prime

He wasn't totally shot when he lost to Hatton, but he was past prime.

Not sure about these two. There`s is a possibility that Evander takes younger George into deep water and drowns him.

Holyfield would've had to deal with Lewis`s height and reach regardless. He would have been a shade quicker but also smaller and Lewis would`ve been able to manhandle him easier.
