That's true, he is all over the place. He called LL GOAT a couple times. He's also been all over the place with the K's. I can recall him praising Vitali in particular quite highly at one time, then dismissing both at another time.

 

Mike would [emoji90] his pants if he ever fought Joe, no matter which man's era.

 

He is all over the place but this happens to be something about which he is correct, and quite a large cross-section of boxing historians and serious fans agree with him. The only argument is Ali, whom most see as nearly too close to split, with perhaps a slight majority tipping in the direction of 1) Joe 2) Muhammad.

 

That's how I'd go. Right now I'm on team Joe, but I've been on Ali in the past and may switch back.

 

I love George, but I don't agree with him, Louis was pretty damn good no doubt :bbb

 

Pretty sure all of us boxing geniuses have picked incorrectly then tried to cover it up.
