Can you not see the frame and shoulder size difference? It looks like a bodybuilder. Ignoring clearly how scripted the whole video is with a bunch of pretend "gym goers" half heartily cheering a guy hitting a bag with acting skills of a banana.

 

So, if not George, who is the "stunt puncher" hitting the bag - Zhang?

There's a guy filming with his phone - from his perspective, he should've captured the face of the "puncher". We need to get hold footage on that phone.

Seriously though, now it's been pointed out - judging by how the "visible" George stands near straight relative to the Everlast logo on the bag, from behind, the "puncher" could be deduced as being taller as he seems near George's height even when hunched over a bit over.

 

Maybe he would lose all fights but none could drop him neither if he was 90 years old. It's genetics.
