So many dudes on here were plotting Maidana's downfall and building Ortiz into the next Oscar De La Hoya, Now look at all of you. Calling him a *****, *****, quitter. You guys really do make me laugh I told people not to sleep on this guy http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=149560
I give Maidana props. He lost by controversial SD to Kotelnik, and now he knocks out Ortiz. With his power, he could be a top 10 fighter at 140 for years to come.
Maidana did look like Ponce De Leon. But a lot tougher. I was worried when he's so open he'd be easy to hurt like PDL, but it wasn't so. I mean he was buzzed, but not bad. And if Ortiz can't finish him, that pretty much tells me he's gonna be hell for anyone.
I've got a better idea, how abouts you **** off instead lol What Im saying is so many of you guys were so far up Ortiz's ass you couldn't see daylight and now hes lost and quit you all jump off the bandwagon, talk about loyalty lol. So what will happen if Pac gets knocked out in spectacular fashion, we will probably hear the same bull**** on this forum. I mean people were saying he would be the next big thing but now hes is the biggest ***** according to ESB bandwagon jumpers...
I told before that media hypes Ortiz and his "tragical lifestory" too much, made him new ODLH, etc. while he hadn't deserved it by fights yet. Before fight Ortiz said he saw Kotelnik - Maidana and after that he... went to war with Marcos, WTF? Ortiz already thought he is super-duper boxing star, he desrespected Maidana(his skills still sucks) and paid for this.
I mean the joke is people were already saying that Ortiz would beat Campbell, Bradley, all these guys, Khan already stopped Ortiz in the 2nd round in an amateur bout, that should of been some kind of indication Ortiz enjoyed boxing until he realised that there was guys out there who were even more hungry than him who could give him a beating. The guy quit when he realised that boxing is a mans sport and he didn't want no part of those heavy pounches...lol
