Hey guys, I'm interested in seing how many of you guys seem to think hatton will be the stronger guy inside the ring, you guys dont seem to understand that floyd as underated power, he wont be bullied like some may think he will, hes stronger then Hatton(I'm gonna get bashed for this one) hes now a full grown welter (not a big one) but hes a strong cat, some of u will say I'm crazy but he dont need to use that strengh cause he fight with another game plan, dont get me wrong ppl, he was against a stronger guy against ODLH, but ODLH is a lot stronger then Hatton, and even being stronger then floyd, he couldnt bully him(here again, I'm not saying DLH is better at bullying opponents)

Some of u also seem to forget that Hatton will come in at junior welterweight(140 pounds) while Floyd will proly be around 149 on fight night, Hatton is 5f6 and floyd is 5f8 Hatton will press the action but if he ties Floyd up, Floyd will be able to make Hatton Tire faster using his own strengh...

I dont think Hatton will be able to brutalize floyd in anyway in this fight:huh

I think there is some truth in what you say. Berore this fight Mayweather had somewhat passed me by. I have now looked at some of his more recent fights and he is strong and comes forward more that people say. I do not expect him to run as much as many think.

However neither I do not think for a second that Hatton is coming in at 140. I read that but I take it with a pinch of salt. I sense a bit of a war here.

When they do the unofficial weigh-ins on fight night, expect Hatton and Mayweather to be very close in weight.

If they do the unofficial weigh-in, I expect them to be very close. Maybe a pound or two either way.

It won't be a large difference, like Gatti-Patterson or Mayweather-Baldomir (and probably PBF-DLH as well).

For Hatton to say that he will come in at 140 is pointless. He always fights way up on that weight and only makes 140 due to dehydrating. For this fight he need not worry about dehydrating and instead will weigh-in at his natural figthing weight (or at least a lot a closer to it) and then possibly put on a few extra pounds.

That may be but he sure looked like crap the last time he fought at 147..Better yet Collazo looked stronger than him during the fight .

Hatton is not going to weigh in at 140lbs. There's no way he is going to drain himself when he doesn't need to. If he goes to 142lbs or whatever, sure, but I don't see him going to 140lbs.

No way Floyd is a full grown welter, not even close. The man weighs in at 147 come fight time. Hatton is a natural 140 lber, Floyd a natural 135 lber. Floyd moved up first, but imo Hatton will still have a slight strength advantage...though as I've said before, physically they will be close to even, due to Floyd's height and reach advantages countering Hatton's weight/strength.

I think PBF will be slightly stronger. He has alot of strength in his calfs and legs. I have seen him push back alot of fighters in clinches. But if his strength becomes a factor, that means Hatton is in close right?

Floyd might be two inches taller, but HE DAMN SURE ISNT STRONGER!!! Despite the PBF fans and their SUPERNATURAL FANTASIES. That's a  by suggestion!!!

There's been a few suggesting PBF will "show his strength" and be physical, I say......THAT'S A FANTASTIC IDEA:yep :yep :yep
The inside is the entirely wrong place to be for Floyd, but I'd love to see PBF prove that wrong:good

He has held his own in clinches with DLH and other fighters. I have never seen him shoved around except by Castillo, but that was PBF's first fight at 135.

He doesn't need to be on the inside, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have strength. There has been nothing to suggest that PBF is a weak fighter. I think because he is a slick fighter people assume he is weak and doesn't have a good chin. His chin is solid, and he seems strong.

Hatton will have more time to settle into being 147. I agree with earlier comments saying that Mayweather and Hatton will be close with regards to weight. I also think Hatton will be stronger in the clinch, which he will need to be or he will get pummeled
