    bull****. the old guys dissapear because they can no longer take the hard training. theres hardly an mma fighter out there that could touch rickson, saulo or fabio gurgel on the mats

    Nobody can challenge these three.

    Any Pride fighter who was in their "prime" was unbeatable... so why do we bother with these fantasy matchups where people can say prime this and prime that....but it's not going to happen so it's a pointless arguement.

    Prime Choi Hong-man KO 1 Mir, Lesnar, Cain, JDS, etc... Because he was a PRIDE guy.

    I like Nog by tko, but that is what I picked for their last fight. I just think Nogueira has better stand-up than Mir. Mir has more power, and his stand-up has more variety, but I think Nogueira is just more effective. I believe Mir caught an under prepared Nogueira in their first bout, and caught him backing up in a straight line. Their 2nd fight was more of what I was expecting, minus the ending of course.

    Nog by KO for me, that fight would of been finished if the ref didn't warn Nog for punching Mir in what ever place he left available, I was shocked at how badly Nog was beating the **** out of Mir in the stand up even Brendan Shuab put up a better effort.

    Can't take anything from Mirs BJJ because it was brilliant at the time but his stand up was **** poor

    How can you say him being past his prime had nothing to do with it? The guy is shot and has been for a long time. Beating him means nothing now.

    No way Mir beats him in is prime.
