If Nog beats Couture which i think he will do and if Lesnar beats Mir which i doubt will happen this fight looks like it could happen. Which way do you see the fight going?
Brcok v Mir will show us if Brock has got smarter. If he hasn't then Nog could take a beating and lock a move. It's MMA, Brock has to be wary of the whole lot. Even if you are battering a guy, you can still lose. That is why I love fighting. If it was basketball and I was winning by 100 points, I got nothing to worry about. Not the case in fighting.
:good cheers Was thinking thats how it would play out myself. You think Lesnar will get past Mir? I think he needs a few more fights against fighters that are not as capable on the ground as Mir to get him used to avoiding submission. I think Mir takes the return by submission again
Nog is shot, I think Lesnar would simply out muscle him and batter him up. Of course Nog can pull off a sub but I just don't think he has it anymore. Or the chin.
I think Brock is supremely talented or at least looks the case so far. Size, strength, power but also overall quickness. His talent is countered by his lack of experience. Yet his experience is countered by his steep learning curve. The man is 3-1, the UFC heavyweight champ and has already fought a current champ, former champ, gatekeeper and journeyman. I'd be suprised if Brock wasn't extremely wary of a sub. Especially when he knows he should beat Mir at everything else.
