    :deal

Arthur's next opponent is Giovanni Lorenzo; the guy who LOST a title eliminator to Raul Marquez. Lorenzo's last 6 opponents have a combined 43 losses. Kelly is a bum for fighting Mora. Abraham fights guys like Ayala, Marquez, Simon, and Lorenzo, and gets a pass. The double standard never ceases to amaze me.

Boo ur so right my friend-I would love nothing else than to see KP fight Abraham, Sturm, Mundine, Williams/Wright, but getting all the promoters/agents/fighters etc. together, especially when you are dealing with fighter from different countries, is a difficult task! Kp, believe me, has NEVER turned down a fight! Bob and Cameron discuss opponents then present them to KP. He trusts Bob with the promoting and matchmaking-his job is to fight and win!

I agree disappointing to say the least.:-( The only good thing about this fight is that I will finally get to see Mora KTFO.

    Just make Pavlik vs AA

in the mean time I suggest we all watch B-Hop schooling him until he starts fighting quality

Muhammed Ali fought guys like Rudi Lubbers and Jean-Pierre "The Lion of FLanders" Coopman in between Norton, Frazer, etc. Other name fighters have done the same thing. As long as Pavlik fights Abraham RIGHT AFTER Mora, I don't have a problem with Kelly (and Sergio) making a payday.

    yeah...who gives a crap.
this is soooo bad.......pavlik has really made himself look bad by taking this fight against a guy who just lost his last fight for the "junior" middleweight title...... when Abraham is right there willing and able..... at first i thought AA was ducking him....but i do not think that anymore...and this comes from an American.....

AA has a mandatory and he and Pavlik are going to fight after that if all goes to plan. Why the hate?

because i dont believe they will fight next

AA has a mandatory? then that means his last fight wasnt...so they should have fought on that date since pavlik fought around the same time against the last no name that he whacked around....
not hate...frustration..... Pav is taking the 3rd crap fight in a row....i think 2 would be fine since the bhop fight...he doesnt need mora....this thing is built up enough.... this fight should have happened and not be put off again.....now we are looking at nov or dec.

OK, well, it's what's being put out there. And since Arum seems to be putting Abraham on this PPV it really looks like it will happen.

It just isn't that easy. Pavlik was coming off a loss to BHop and a tune up was totally in order. Plus, you gotta think about the difficulties negotiating a unification between international fighters.

This is his second fight since the Hopkins fight, not third. I think it is is not going to help exposure for Pav-AA if it is on PPV, but hey, when it's unclepaulie Promotions it'll be my call..

Mora is a guy who is well qualified for this fight. The fighters both Abraham and PAv are facing are good fights to take before they fight. I just hope Arum's fat ass makes the fight after both win.
